failure:
The system will automatically disable your PIN if repeated
attempts are made ( 5 attempts for CitiCard; 3 attempts
for Credit Card & Ready Cash Card) to sign on with
incorrect PIN. This is to protect the security of your
PIN. In such instances, please visit any of our branches
to get a new CitiCard PIN issued or call our 24 hours
Citiphone service for assistance with Credit Card or
Ready Cash Card PIN.
Keep your card number and PIN confidentially. To secure
your card number and PIN, do not use obvious terms that
easy for others to guess, such as government uniform
invoice number, telephone number, birthday, National
ID, or signal words. |
