If you plan on moving in the near future, chances are you are going to need a bank account or credit card. Depending on the country you're moving from, Citi may be able to provide assistance with your account opening process, which means one less thing for you to worry about.

If you are a Citi client planning to move to Taiwan, we can schedule an appointment for you in one of our Taiwan branches banking locations that are convenient for you so that one of our bankers can assist you with your banking needs.

If you are an existing Citigold client outside Taiwan with an established credit relationship, this experience may be able to travel with you to Taiwan for consideration during the credit application process.*

To get started, please contact your local Citibank representative or one of our Global Support Centers. A Global Concierge will direct you to a representative in Taiwan who will be able to advise you as to the products that are available in Taiwan.

If you are a Citigold client in your home country, you may be able to transfer your Citigold status to Taiwan without having to maintain the Taiwan minimum balance requirement to avoid monthly service fees.

*To receive this benefit (where available), you are required to maintain the minimum balance requirement in your home country. Please note that Citigold benefits may differ depending on location.
Citibank's global strength makes international banking simple and convenient. With Citibank Global Transfers, you can transfer funds, day or night, between your banking accounts in Taiwan and your home country. There is no transfer fee for Citigold clients.*

To make international banking for our global clients even more convenient, we offer you a special service called Global View of Accounts (GVA). This service is available between eligible Citi accounts in select countries. GVA allows you to link your eligible Citi accounts via online banking, so you can view your accounts in multiple countries from a single Citibank Online log in.
